Organization: Play involves 3 players. The two possible receivers of the ball simply switch position, but in such a way as to screen the defenders.
Instructions: Player 1 takes the throw. Player 2 is up the field in an attacking position. Player 3 is in a support position. Player 2 checks to the throw, stopping short to screen defender and leave room for runner Player 3. Player 3 makes a run in front of Player 2 and recieves ball.
Coaching Points: Communication. Timing of movement. Correct starting positions. Throw is for (not to) Player 3. Receive the ball open to/ facing the field of play NOT the sideline.

Organization: Line up teams and play defensive throw ins.
Instructions: GO through positioning and duties of throw ins by opposition...Short, down line, and backwards.
Coaching Points: Keep everything in front of you. Play zone, not man. track runners visually but pass on and communicate to other defenders. Immediate pressure and cover. Force play backwards if offense retains possession and force them into our press. Step "up" on any back pass.
