Players inside the square need to check to the players on the outside of the box, they need to recieve the ball from 1 player and pass to another.
Have less players inside the box so there is always 1 player to pass to
Players must communicate to not pass to the same player
**Progression players must pass to each other after recieving from an outside player
**Progression, have 1 player in the middle wear another color bib, this player cannot check to an outside player to recieve a pass, can only recieve a 2nd pass from on of the other players in the center

Game 1: Only the 6 players in the middle zone can tackle, the rest of the players must work on cutting down passing lanes on defense and creating passing lanes on offense.
Game 1: Goalkeeper plays 1st zone player who work to get the ball in to the midfielders as quickly as they can. Midfielders have direct pressure and must get the ball into their attackers. Attackers must stay in their zone and shoot from distace while defenders look to shut down shooting lines.
Game 2: After keeper plays the ball to the back 3 the 2 attackers on the other team can move into their zone, creating a higher pressure situation, same goes for when the 2 attackers have possession
Game 3 remove the center cone zones and play 8v8, stop play and focus on players moving into space to recieve passes

Player 2 passes a ball to player 1 when player 1 moves from behind the defender
Player 1 then turns and passes the ball into the small goal
**focus on the angle of the run
**Notice that the farther away you are from the defender the farthur out you have to be to create a good angle to recieve the ball
**have player 1 alternate sides and never go to the same cone distance 2x in a row
** play 10 passes then swap positions
