Each player has a ball each in their hands. Each player is moving around the area, jogging, side skipping, high knees etc. Occasionally the player kicks the ball with their laces back into their hands and continue moving. Progress into a ball between 2 or 3 and kick the ball with the laces out of hands to a player who does not have a ball.
