Ladder Juggling
•Have the group get into groups of 3 with 1 ball for the group.
•1 player has the ball while the other 2 are one behind the other and facing the player with the ball
•The ball is tossed to the player facing and has to be sent back to the thrower with the laces. If the player catches the ball without it hitting the ground then they get a point. The player who did the kick follows and takes the ball. The thrower goes behind the non active player and the rotation continues.
•This goes for 1 minute and the group with the most points wins. Have the winning group go to the “top of the ladder” and descend based on their scores with some form of exercise for each rung of the ladder below the winner.
•Do another juggling skill for 1 minute and continue the process. Players can be asked to control with thigh and send back with laces, control with chest back pass back, send it back straight with the head and any combination of those that the coach would like to try.

Playing Out From the Back
Go through several variations of playing out from the back unopposed.
1. Goalkeeper plays to LWB or RWB who then plays a 1-2 with the central midfielder.
2. Goalkeeper plays to CB who plays to CM who sends a ball into space for the LWB or RWB.
3. Goalkeeper plays a ball to the ST who lays off to the CM, the CM then plays a ball into space for the LWB or RWB.
4. Goalkeeper plays a ball to the CM who sets it back to LWB or RWB, the LWB or RWB then plays a ball to the CB who plays it to the opposite WB.
5. Play one more variation where the ball goes back to the goalkeeper.

7v7 Game
Let the player's play, but every restart is a goal kick. Big emphasis on CMs demanding the ball in the middle and playing 1 or 2 touch to build up the play. Set up team in a 3-2-1 formation.

Arrival Activity - Ball Tag (10 mins)
Ball Tag
- The red team works together, throwing the ball to eachother to try and tag a black player.
- The red team can only tag a black player if they have possession of the ball in their hands and are right beside that player.
- If a black player is tagged by a red player they need to do a lap around the grid and are back in the game.
- Switch teams every few minutes.
