Clockface (20 mins)

Diameter of circle should be 30 metres.

The idea of this drill is for the passing player in blue to work his way around the clock. the passing player can take a touch to receive the ball but encourage the outer circle players to pass back first time and all players to use both feet.

The sequence of passing is as follows.

Initially passes ball to 12 followed by 9, 6, 3, 4,7,10,1,11,8,5 and 2, once he completed his clock face he returns and dribbles to player 1 who dribbles to the middle and starts his routine the same as above, once he has completed he dribbles to 3, this contnues until we get to player 12.

For fun we can time each player to complete the circle however if the outer player miss places a pass back he will be penalised for 3 seconds for his mistake.
