Both central players make a movement to receive a pass. Player receiving must pass back to the original passer who now plays a pass through into space for the non receiving central player to dribble out. #1 Up, #2 Back, and #3 Through.
Coaching Points:
1.Quality of the service/pass.
2.Crisp, firm passes. Proper weight on the ball.
3.Speed, distance, and angle of supporting runs through.

Set or Turn (15 mins)
Play begins with ball being passed to middle player who Sets for original passer to play through/out.
Progress into passer calling out either "turn" or "set". Player receiving must react to turn and dribble out or set the passer who plays out.
Coaching Points:
1.Planted foot and hips pointed at intended target.
2.Inside of foot striking the center of the ball with ankle locked.
3.Quality of service. Proper weight behind pass.
