Tech. Passing Pro. II
Set Up -- Two groups of approx. min 12 players each
As above, players/positions numbered accordingly -- approx. 12-15 x 12-15
Organization
Player #3 starts with the ball and passes to player #5. Player #5 checks off the cone to recieve and bounce passes back to player #3 -- #3 plays to player #4 -- who changes the field to player #2. #2 Player plays to #6 -- #6 plays to #3. Players check toff the cone to recieve the ball across their body playing two touch -- Players constantly checking their shoulders and scanning the field.
Players follow their pass.

5v5 + 2 Positional Possession (15 mins)
Set Up
Two teams of 5 players + two central neutral players
Organization
5 outside players in white, set up in a functional shape (2 defenders, 2 wide players, 1 forward) must keep possession against 5 defenders together with 2 neutrals (center midfield players). Attackers stay for a set period. Must make 8 passes for a point.
Progressions
1) If the defending team wins the ball they must transition to the outside (into the shape listed above)
2) Central midfielders must combine with one another in the sequence in order for the point to count
