Football/Soccer Session (Academy Sessions): Two touch movement and movement after the pass

Description

First variation:

• 4 players on the outside and four players on the inside.
• Players on the outside play the ball in. The player receiving the ball must call for it or they cannot play the ball to them.
• Players in the inside check to the ball and come to the pass to receive it. 
• Players in the inside after the pass, check off/curved run off the ball through the middle of the other players with their head up not to run into one another and view the fastest path to the opposite side pass.

Second variation:

• Everything is one touch.

• Two balls now.
• Players in the middle now receive the ball and arsenal turns/variation with the ball to dribble through the middle and play it across to the other side.
