Organization:
Set up three lines and a base line. Players are in pairs opposite each other.
Instructions:
Strike the ball through your teammates legs. Once you've both made it through, player moves back to next line.
Once you've made it from every line, return to start and strike with the left foot.
Coaching Points:
- Angle of approach
- Large final stride into ball
- Non-kicking foot next to ball
- Second knuckle contacts ball
- Strike the centre of the back of the ball
- Eyes on the part of the ball you want to strike
- Follow through - land on kicking foot

Instructions:
Play from A - B - C. C has one touch to control and one tough to strike ball towards teammate. Perform inside scissor then shoot.
Coaching Points:
- Angle of approach
-Prep touch with inside outside
- Non-kicking foot next to ball
- Second knuckle contact with ball
- Strike the centre of the back of the ball
- Eyes on the part of the ball you want to strike
- Follow through - land on kicking foot
Progressions:
P - challenge Player A to control the ball as the opposition player strikes it.
P - A becomes a goalkeeper and attempts to stop ball crossing end line. 1 pt for every goal scored.
P - send goalkeeper from another channel

Instructions:
Blue begins by playing from A - B - C. C takes one touch out of their feet and then shoots on goal.
Red goes from A - B - C. C receives and dribbles across field before taking their shot.
Play goes on for two minutes before they switch which type of shooting they perform.
Note: teams should also switch sides to work on both feet.
Coaching Points:
-choice of shot
-second knuckle to strike ball
-standing foot placement
-centre of the ball v. side of the ball
-follow through - land on standing foot
Progressions:
- defender is live after player C's first touch
- defender is live the whole time

Organization:
Set up as shown. Two halves. One big goal and two counter goals.
Instructions:
Attacking team starts with ball at back of area. 3 v. 1 in first area and 2 v. 1 closer to goal.
One player from the first area can leave and join the second area to create a 3 v. 1.
If defending team wins it - they can score in counter goals.
Coaching Points:
-Positive attitude to scoring goals
- Anticipation and awareness of space and quick attack
- Recognising numbers up (2v1) and exploiting it
- Committing the defender and either passing late to support or beating them yourself
- Runs and movement of the support player (must stay onside)
- Finish!

P. 2 v. 1 in both areas
R - 4 v. 1 and 3 v. 1

Instructions:
1. Players do dynamic stretches and coordination movements through the middle and jog on the way back.
2. Next player in the line goes as soon as the player in front gets to the middle cones.
