Quick passes, movement.
5x5 Box. Groups of 4 (1 sits out). 3 Players per box set up on each corner, leaving 1 open. Player on the ball passes to either option. The player on the corner that has not received the pass, sprints to the open cone to be an option for the player now in possession. 1 Minute intervals, player sitting out swaps in after each interval. Once everyone has sat out once, restart the drill with a defender.
Coaching Points - Always be an option for the player in possession - move to create triangles.

Objective
-6v3, coach alternates which team he plays the ball to
-Coach passes to Team 1. Once the ball is played in - 3 players from Team 2 will start to press. Team 1 is trying to complete 5 passes before passing it over to the white team for a point.
-If white defenders win the ball, they play back to their teammates and then try to complete 5 passes before passing it back to the blue team for 1 point. **When defending team wins the ball and plays it back to the other side, it is a point!
Options
-First team to 10 points wins
Coaching Points - Offence - Move the ball quickly when in possession, always look to create triangles so you're an option for your teammate.
Defense - Defend as a unit, focus on defensive angles, looking to force the ball to a section of the pitch where you can gain a numerical advantage.

Players line up across the width of the gym in lines of 2. First group does 30 second interval Planks, coach blows whistle after 30 seconds - players sprint the full length of the gym. Second group repeats.
30 second interval russian twists (with ball) - sprint the length of the gym
30 second interval standard sit ups - sprint the length of the gym
30 second interval bicycles - sprint the length of the gym
*Water Break* max 2 mins
Repeat in reverse order (bicycles 1st, standard situps 2nd, russian twists 3rd, planks last)
Coaching Points: Proper Form, Motivate each other, finish strong
