Attackers (BLUE) must keep at least one player (the Sweeper) in their own half

  • Quality pass between the Sweeper and a player in the wide zone = 1pt
  • PC = 3pts and strike from top of circle
  • Goal = 5pts
Upon turnover, Defenders (PINK) score 2 points for making quick pass into opposing half

When either team reaches 5 points:

  • Losing team replaced by waiting team
  • Winning team must make pass to Sweeper before scoring again
