Organization:
1. 30 x 30 Area Size.
2. Split the group into teams of 3.
Instructions:
White Team Attackers
Blue Team Defenders
- White Team looks to quickly penetrate the space in front of the defender
- Blue Team works to tag the attacker before he or she can run between the two gates in their grid
- Introduce the feint movement off the ball
Points System:
- If the Attacker gets through the gate it is 1 PT.
- If the Defender tags the attacker, they recieve 1 PT.
Second Round Points System:
If attacker successfully complete a feint/double feint movement: 2 PTS
- If the Attacker gets through the gate it is 1 PT.
- If the Defender tags the attacker, they recieve 1 PT.
- Play for 4x3 min intervals or until one team scores 10 pts.
Coaching Points:
- How can you off-balance your defender with your body movement?
- Are you attacking the space right towards the defender?
- After you successfully off-balanced your defender can you accelerate to reduce defender recovery chances?
- If your defender doesn't commit the first time, can you convince them to commit with a second feint?

Instructions:
Groups of 2-3 players facing middle cone. First player in each line will have a ball. Player will dribble toward cone and perfrom the roll/roll step. Both players will go at same time.
Coaching Points:
Attack defenders front foot
Positive 1st touch (drive at defender, makes it easier to unbalance defender)
Identification of 1vs 1 (space behind defender)
Accelerate away if looking to continue to dribble
Timing of Execution of move based upon space between you and the defender
Unbalance defender with body movement (Use of body to sell the fake)
Drag the ball across the body with sole of the foot
Take the ball past the defender with inside of the opposite foot
Identification of 1vs 1 (space behind defender)

1. White team attacks the goal and then defends, as soon as the ball goes out the blue player attacks and this process continues.
Coaching Points:
1. Do you gave to beat the player or can you just create space to get shot at goal.
2. Quick transition after possession is turned over.
The Feint:
- Identification of 1vs 1 (space behind defender)
- Attack the space directly infront of the Defender
- Drop the shoulder as the foot plants
- Take the ball away using the outside of the opposite foot
- Smaller touches on the ball (use of pinky toe to dribble the ball) “Like Messi” as approaching defender
- Unbalance defender with body movement (Use of body to sell the fake)
- Timing of Execution of move based upon space between you and the defender
- Accelerate away if looking to continue to dribble
