Footwork for tipping

Footwork to get back to the crossbar and Tip

1. Coach yells, "GO"

2. GKs run to the 18 yrd box

3. Coach points left or right

4. GKs turn towards that way and crossover back to the goal line.

Progression

1. Same as above but the GK will now need to turn multiple times when the coach calls it 

2. GK will turn to the side and crossover, and will switch sides when coach calls it out or points.

1. GK lays down on the middle cone and gets up on GO 

2. S1 shoot a low ball for GK to save 

3. GK Saves, gets up and gets back to the crossbar 

4. Middle S1 throws a ball towards the crossbar for GK to save.
