Screen 1 (30 mins)

Technical Shooting: 30 mins, switch sides after 15 min

  • Player 1 pass to Player 2 and follows their pass
  • Player 2 dribbles to the second cone and pulls the ball back with sole while looking forward (head up)
  • Player 2 shuffle across first cone - inside drag - V turn - shoot
Progression:
  • shuffle - stepover - outside touch through the cones - drag back inside
