4v4 with recovery runs - 2 teams - start at both ends of the pitch - widest players will run the full length of the pitch before coming back into play, middle players will only go to 6 yard line, the coach decides which gk to start from & its a 4v4 game with aim to score.
Coach points:
Runs in behind - stretch the defenders - don't be static
decision making - recycle if needed.
be brave - get at the defender in 1v1 situations
runs - into box or in behind the defenders

players playing length ways will dribble to shaded area and punch it across to next man and follow pass (break a line). At the same time, players are dribbling across the area to the other side. Repeat 1 minute then change the passers - 3 rounds so everyone passes and dribbles.
Coach points
pace of the pass - fast to avoid hitting anyone - play into space
Angles - might have to adjust start positions to receive so ball doesn't crash off a dribbler.
Encourage skill moves when dribbling - might have to drop shoulder/turn to avoid crashing into a pass across the area.
Patterns - up back through 2 minutes, change of direction so both feet are used to control and pass, begin by passing to the left.
