Session Objective:
This session give lots of opportunity to make passes to keep the ball, as well as react to the cue to attack. There is attacking 2v1, allowing plenty of shooting and defending. Also allows the GK's to be involved.

Set Up:
cones mark out 36x44m area (double 18yr box)
cones mark out 2 smaller boxes on the top of the 18yd box
spare balls outside the smaller boxes
Instructions:
Players divide into two teams
4v1 rondo game id played in the 18x22m boxes
Coach cues players in rondo to 'go' and 2 players drive into 18yd box, trying to score past the GK
One defender comes into the 18yd box from behind the goal, whena player from the other team enters the 18rd box
If the 1 defender in the rondo wins the ball they can break into the 18rd box and shoot
SCORING:
1 point for a goal when the rondo breaks in to the box, and score (2v1)
5 points for a goal if the defender in a rondo breaks into the box and scores (1v1)
Variation/Progression:
Option to drop the 1 defender in the rondo, to make the 2v1 easier
Option to add 2 defenders into the rondo
Option to have all players in the rondo break into the box, (making a 4v2)
Option to have no waiting players behind the goal, with the 2v1 coming from the rondo
