Equipment
- 1 ball
- 2 bibs (one for each defender, held in hand)
- ~20 cones
Setup
- Two end zones on a suitably sized pitch
- Two 'home' boxes near the halfway line
- Play starts with one side firing a long ball to the opposite zone
- On receiving the ball, the nearest defender tries to intercept the ball
- The receiving team aim to play a long pass to the other end zone, after which, the player playing the pass becomes a defender, gets the other defenders bib, and retreats to that half's central 'home' box
- The first defender passes the bib over to the long passer, stays in the end zone and becomes an attacker
- Play cycles from this point onwards.
