- Same set up as before
- Play same pattern from both sides
- After a while, players can decide if they want to play to middle C or D
- If playing with 4 players, keep players in their positions or have middle and outside players switch positions (ie. C&B and A&D), so that players can play both, long and short passes.
Variation: play only in one direction and with two balls at the same time (moe pressure)

Short and long passes with limited pressure (5 mins)
- Start with a 3v1 rondo
- Play with at least 4 players
- Mark field w/cones as shown in the pic.
- A plays to be and puts limited pressure on player B.
- B takes a touch to the side and does a change of direction/cut to take the ball to the opposite cone, does another change of direction and passes to player C
- C does a one touch pass back to B who is following his pass (Give and Go) and
- B plays a long firm pass to the next player at position A
- All players move up one position.
Variation:
- Play into the other direction (use other foot)
- B does not make turns but plays 2 touch to C
All passes should be firm and to the back foot, body position should be open, ancle locked and players should communicate, and coach pass from B to C with "man" or"1/2".
Demand firm passes, speed of play and quality of first and second touch.
