- Players B now become the defenders and counters attack on opposite gates

Organization:
- Same 30x20 as before
- Two goals
- Field split in half
- 4v4 or 3v3 ( If 3v3, 2 defender, 1 attacker )
Instructions:
- 4v4 or 3v3 ( If 3v3, 2 defender, 1 attacker )
- Teams play 2v2 on each half
- Only the player that makes a foward pass is allow to join the other half to create a 3v2 or 2v1

Intro: Passing pattern (15 mins)
Organization:
- 30x20 field split in two
- Adjust the playing distance ( gate to gate ) to age and level.
- 4 gates on each half of field
- 3 stations on each field
Instructions:
- Player A passes the ball to player C as he's checking in
- Player C Passes back to player A
- Player A passes to player B through the gates for 1 point.
- Player B passes diagonally to next player A to continue the pattern
Rotation: A goes to B, B goes to C, C goes to A.
- Players will count their points individually then add as a team
- Playing against the other side
- If a player makes a bad pass and balls goes out that player must go track the ball and bring it back.
- Play will reset with the next player A
