The pass after the square pass now goes into the presser who then lays it back to the passer - this is to simulate giving the ball away so the focus shifts slightly to counterpressing.

Players play 1v1 and look to score in the mini goals from a ball fed in by the coach.
Play for 1 min or until a goal is scored then the next two player come on - high tempo
Alternatives to mini goals: stationary target player/mannequin or gate to dribble through
