TRANSITION DROP THE CONE
Two teams as needed with goalkeepers. Play for time. Most goals wins
Every time a player gains possession, and begin dribble the ball, they drop their cone and play. When the team loses the ball, they transition back to pick up their cone before they can rejoin the game.

SMALL SIDED TO GOAL: ALL UP AND
Play 3v3 or 4v4 with goalkeepers. Play for time. Most goals wins
For a goal to count, All players must be at least to the half line when a goal is scored for their team
If all defenders are not back on their side when a goal is scored: = 2 points for other team
Variations:
All players including the goalkeepers must be at least half way for a goal to count.

SMALL SIDED GAME: DEFENDING 3V2 TO GOAL
One defender plays a pass out to any one of the three attacking lines. The team of three attacks the goal with the goalkeeper while the team of two attempts to win the ball and score on either of the two mini goals
Play for time. Most goals wins
Each team gets the opportunity to attack and defend.
Defensive goals = 2 points

BLOOD AND GUTS 3V2
Two teams attack and defend for 5 minutes each. Most goals wins
Play is continuous, players have to work out rotation themselves
To begin, attacking player in line #1 plays checking player in line #2. (Play always starts from line # 1
As soon as attacking player in line #1 checks, defending player in line #1 can defend
Defender in line #4 can't come inside to defend until the attacking player in line #1 touches ball. If so, the attacking team is giving a point
Once attacking player #2 is played ball, they can look to shoot or combine with the attacking players in #1 and #3 to score
Defenders attempt to clear the ball from the penalty area. If goal is scored, ball goes wide/over goal, or goalkeeper has possession of ball, players clear and next ball is played in

FINISHING : ARENA BALL
Two teams on the inside, four outside (target), two goalkeepers (14 players)
Adapt numbers as needed
3 teams with goalkeepers
When go is scored, target team comes in and the team that got scored on goes out and is targets
Progression:
1. Must play into the targets, get it back and score (Targets have two touch max)
2. Goal scored within the run of play = 1 point. Goal scored by field players playing into the target, getting it back and score off one touch (3 points)
3. Goal scored off volley or Header = 5 points
Coaching points:
1. Look to play forward first
2. Support around the ball
3. Quality and timing of runs
4. Finish everything on frame

SMALL SIDED GAME : ARENA BALL
Two teams on the inside, two outside (targets and neutrals), two goalkeepers
Neutrals can play into targets
Adapt numbers as needed
Progression:
1. Must play into the targets, get it back and score (Targets have one touch and Neutrals have two touch max)
2. Goal scored within the run of play = 1 point. Goal scored by field players playing into the target, getting it back and score (2 points)
3. Goal scored off volley or Header = 5 points
Coaching points:
1. Look to play forward first

3. Quality and timing of runs
4. Finish everything on frame
