THE SESSION:
4v4 + 4 Possession Game
4v4 in middle zone, score a point every time a team can link target players on one side to the other
When ball is played to target player they must switch ball to other target player on their side before it can be played back into the middle zone.
Play 3x4 minute games with 90 second rest in between.
KEY MESSAGES/POINTS:
Maximizing space in central zone, high/deep and wide
Individual movement off ball to lose defender and create space to receive.
Back foot receiving, weight, accuracy and disguise of passing.

- They must use both the outside players and keep posession before you can score.
