How to work:
In a area which is 10 x10 yards Gk 1 attemps to dribble around GK 2 and score into the 3 yard goal. If Gk 2 dives at feet and is successful, the roles are reverse Gk2 will now attempt to dribble round Gk1 and score in the opposing goal. The game continues until either a goal is scored or the Gk forces the dribbling player of the pitch.

Through Legs - 1v1
Server plays ball through the legs of the player; that player then turns and tries to score.

Breakout - 1 v 1
Only one attacker and one defender is allowed out of the middle third, breaking out the zone to create a 1 v 1 scenario. Allowing the goalkeeper to make the correct decision of what to do, and also counter attack in a game like scenario if possible.

Server plays the ball into the goalkeeper in opposite square to control and play back. The goalkeeper must take the ball out the side of the square with his first touch, and play back through the middle of the second square with his first touch.
