Organizational / Instructions
time- 5 minutes
this drill will only go on for 5 minutes as can get boring
5 lines of 4 people per line all going at the same time
equipment- 20 red cones, 10 balls.
player starts off jogging to the cone infront then performing a body feint focusing on pushing the ball away with the outside foot and using a burst of pace after .
this is a basic dribbling session so the players get an understanding of the fundamentals of dribbling.

the progression here is we have added two passive opposition defenders instead of cones to add the pressure and start to make this more game related.

this is the numbers game
each person from each group will be numbered 1-3
a ball will be put in the middle and whichever number is called runs out and 2v2
to score a point you must dribble by your opponent and score

for this id need 12 footballs, this should only go on for a 2-3 minutes
walking only everyone should be walking with the ball around the circle, aim is to get eachother's out by poking eachother's ball away, once been put out you can begin stretching.
stretches being lunging hip flexor stretch, knee to chest, sitting soles feet together

2 different coloured cones, 12 footballs. 6-7 mins all together
2 boxes of 10 people in the box as there dribbling slowly with the ball, as there jogging around ill shout a colour of cone.
They must get round that cone as quickly as possible whilst keeping the ball under control.
As there pulse is raised we will begin to shout body parts, they must place the said body part on top of their ball, once theyve done this they keep dribbling around the box. this will start dynamically stretching through doing this.
equipment- 4 red cones, 4 green cones, 20 balls.
time- 5 minutes (2.30 minutes round cones,2.30 minutes body parts)
