7v7 Game - If you score you get an attacking corner (goal worth double) if you score the Corner, you get a PK also( have to score the PK for the double to count)
- Add defenders vs the Corner progressively

Rondo - Breaking Lines (15 mins)
Instructions - 4v4 (+4)
Attacking team are trying to connect and find new boxes with support of the 4 neutral. The Defending team are trying to win the ball and play into one of the mini goals. If defenders win and score, roles switch.
Coaching Points
- Support players are close enough to combine in possession or enforce a counter press if required.
- Optimal player positioning should be between lines or/and in half spaces.
- In possession, players have the goal to receive and release the ball within 1 second (high tempo possession).
- Passes executed with appropriate weight and pace. Look for diagonal passes.
- Ball circulation to create overload situations, to provide numerical superiority.
- If unable to capitalize on overload, isolate 1v1 specialists.
- Recognize the necessity to double switch if required.
Counter Points:Win ball back immediately or within 4 passes/6 seconds
Closest to the ball press, press through the ball with maximum speed and make physical contact.
