Rondos
Rondos are a good game to improve possession principles - technical qualities of passing/receiving, angles to receive, body shape, scanning, communication, etc.
Use a variety of numbers, size and shape of grids.
4v1, 3v1, 3v2, 4v2, 5v2, 6v2, 5v3, 6v3, etc.
Encourage speed of play by having a supply of soccer balls and immediately feed a new ball in when one goes out of play.
