Organization
- CM starts with the ball on the half way line
- Striker starts 25 yards from goal
- CAM starts 10 yards off the striker
- Wingers starts in kine withb striker
- Full back starts just inside half
- 2 mannequins, 1 at near and 1 central
Activity
- CM plays in to the striker who has dropped to receive
- CAM moves underneath as the ball is played and the striker sets to CAM
- CAM plays out to Winger who has made run into the channel
- CAM and Striker make movements in to the box to attack the ball
- Full back makes supporting run, winger sets and full back delivers
- CM follows up to the edge of the area

Organiszation
- 30 x 25 area
- Area is split in to 3 with an 8 yard channel either side vertically
- 1 Goal
- 2 midfielders start at the opposite end of the area to the goal
- 1 winger starts in each of the channels
- 2 Full backs start centrally
- GK starts in goal
Activity
- The mids begin by moving the ball between them at the top of the area
- As this happens the full backs shift with the pass
- In less than 5 passes the mids will choose to play out to either of the wingers
- The winger will receive and the full back on that side will step out to close him down
- The winger will attempt to beat the full back wither by stepping inside and getting the shot away or by beating the full back and gettig the cross in 1v1
- A shot on goal or a cross equals a point for the winger, preventing either of these or winning the ball is a point for the full back.
Progression
- Place a time limit on the winger
- Place a line horizotally where if tey pass they are reduced to the crossing option only
