Instructions: 1. Ball starts with goalie (Red)
2. Rolls ball out to two attacking players (Blue)
3. Blues play until they shoot / lose ball
4. Immediately white goalie plays two new whites coming out, player on blue that shot / lost ball must defend
5. Repeat
6. Keep score, consequence

Organization: Three zones as shown above | 3v1 in top/bottom zone. 2v1 in middle zone.
Instructions: Players look to combine three passes in their zone 3v1 before conecting with a player in the middle zone that looks to play forward to opposite zone. Defenders win points for interceptions, attackers win points for successfully progressing the ball through the thirds. Keep each game short, but sharp. Rotate each group of 3 as the defenders, keep two players in the middle relatively the same. (APP central players).

Objective: Improve our ability to build from the back in We Phase 1 through all aspects of play. This includes the run of play as well as goalkicks.
Organization: Half field appropriate for the age group with a full size goal and 2 counter goals.
Instructions: one team tries to build from the back and score in the small counter goals. The other team presses and tries to win the ball back and score in the big goal.
Variations: you can vary the starting position of the ball. Some can be from goalkicks. Some from the run of play. Some from pass backs to the goalkeeper.

3v1 Rondo's
Organization: As Shown Above. Groups are split into 4.
Instructions: Players number themselves 1-4 then pass and move inside their area. Coach yells out a number and that number becomes a defender in the next box. Players play 3v1 inside their area until the ball goes out of bounds. The team that can keep possession the longest wins a point. Play first team to 5 wins.
