End Zone Game:20 minutes
Players are still playing with ball in hand. Players look to keep possession and score points by playing ball into endzone where ball will be caught for a point. Players can take only two steps with ball in hands before having to pivot to play. Passing and receiving theme. Looking to have players display appropriate distances, communication, body positioning, check shoulder. Passer will look to have proper weight of pass and accuracy. This game will be played as hand ball for first 10 minutes. Will then progress to having ball at feet.

Possession game
Two teams will be inpossession of ball looking to keep away from opposing team. Players will look to create passing and receiving opportunities. mobility of receiving players off the ballwith a focus on angles and support, accuracy and weight of the pass as wellas checking shoulder will be touched on during this activity. 5 passes equals a goal. 1 way of playing can be team intercepts and other team who loses becomes defenders or have 1 team defend for 1.5 minutes and then switch.

SSG 3 Zones, can only progress forward with pass to next zone. Players will look to create time and space by using mobility. Looking to play accurate passes into zones. Can join into attack in next zone when ball is played forward into zones. Keep score

Warm Up 10 minutes
Players will be working with ball in hands in a 30 x 40 yard area. Players will throw ball into hands of teammates while doin dynamic stretches, players will also perform bounce passes and perform other dynamic warm ups as a part of the warm up. Look to have players use verbal and nonverbal communication to initiate passing and receiving. Body positioning and checking shoulder important as well. This activity will progress into the first SSG.
