Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
In this progression, players will pass and follow on blue cones, dribble on white cones

1. Can players play in maximum 2 touch on receiving and passing on blue cone

Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
In this progression, players will pass and follow on blue disc, dribble on white disc. Introduction of defender. Once player receives ball at white cones, dribble as fast as possible to blue cone. Defender released as soon as receiver touches ball, runs around orange cone attempting to make tackle. Once player running with ball passes furthest orange cone, makes pass to player on blue disc and defender returns to central red cone.

Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
Defender continues to chase ball until ball reaches alternate white disc, where new defender released. First defender returns back to centre. high work rate with defenders, could fatigue quickly.

Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
Aim to get ball from one GK to the other for one point, by means of dribbling or passing.
GK to remain fixed on cone progressing to movement anywhere along the goal line
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
Limit touches
ball has to enter wide channel at least nonce before goal can be scored
no defenders in wide channels to encourage dribbling
