Fly by- Remind player to get up the pitch as quickly as possible when counter attacking
Coaching process- When a player makes a side pass when unrealistic when a forward pass is on. Stop the play and bring it back. Ask them what a better pass could of been, which could of been into a forward man? Explain this to them and tell them why this is good. Let them have a practice and then restart play.
