Instructions: 15x30
-Group of 4 Players
-R1 (red Player) will dribble and pass the ball to the supporting player - at the same moment player must move to space to receive the ball back - Constant Repetetion
Coaching Points: When playing the Wall-Pass players must use the Outside foot ( Little Toe) It makes the play unpredictable
-When releasing the ball (the Instinct must be to move into space immediately )
-Quick Reaction
-Supportoing players must pass the ball into space (Ahead of the Attacker) Which forces to go into the attack quickly and more time on the ball
- If Supporting players passes directly to feet - it may force the Attacker to have an awkward touch either trip over the ball or too much of a big touch (which will force defender to win or recover quickly onto the player mistakes
-Correct Timing to release the ball
Progressions:
-Prog 1- Switch the players
-Prog 2 - Force supporting players on the side to play a 1- touch on performing the Wall-Pass

Conditon Game
Instructions: 1 v 1 +2 Players must complete a wall-pass to recieve 2 points - Once Wall Pass completed - Now player must break thru the cones to recieve 1pt - in total 3pts ( this will help the player to be engage as now its like a competetion)
Coaching Points: Explain the role of the 1st attacker whichs is to commit the defender in by drive at the def.
- Once released get in behind of the defender quickly in to space ( as now the defender is remains flat footed and it takes a while for the defender to qucikly recover
- Correct part of the foot when releasing (outisde foot) little toe
- Eye contact
- Vocal is key with the supporting players
-Supporting must check in to the side to recieve and play tight and quick into the attack ( slighty in line of the defender shoulder)
Progressions:
Prog 1:Switch the attackers in the middle
Prog 2: 3v3 Triangle Shape Focus on technique of the wall-pass ( every completed wall pass counts as 3pts)
Prog 3: Free play with 2 Goals
