The coach plays the ball to the first player in line, that player should come forward to meet the ball, he takes a touch and goes around the centre cone (the opposite line is doing this at the same time, so two players are engaged at the same time) after getting passed the centre cone, the players first objective is to score on goal. The coach will play the next ball to the centre and the first player to score has a head start, his next objective is to get to the ball the coach has played as quickly as possible and he may choose any net to score a second goal on.
The players then collect the ball, and return to the coaches pile of soccer balls to allow for a fluid exercise with no ball collection interuptions.
The progression can be..... once both players have scored each line can send a defender to stop the next goal from happening.
