Description

These are 3 common formations to use in a 4v4 set-up, these shoud be considered for long term player development not short term results. The spaceing of the players can be emphasized during scrimmage at the end of training. For Example: give bonus points to the team that can organize the fastest into a square or diamond, this allows the players to make the decisions themseves and then you can start play, from the desired starting position.
