Rules
Same set-up as passing practice, with 3v3 possession game in the middle and 3 bouncers for each team on the outside.
Bouncers start by passing the ball to a teammate in the square.
The players must combine to get the ball to the opposite targetman for a goal. Play restarts immediately in the opposite ditrection.
If the BPO team win possession, they must pass to a bouncer tostart the attack. If the ball goes out of play, play restarts with oppositeteam. Unlimited touches to begin.
Scoring
- Goal for transitioning from bouncers on one side to the other.
- Bonus goal for ten uninterrupted passes.
Progressions
- A midfielder cannot play back to the bouncer who played them the ball.
- Two touch limit to encourage faster pace of play and movement.

Can we get a midfielder free to play forward without pressure.
Players Tasks
- Can you get level and outside your immediate marker to make a forward run when they look at the ball?
- Can you drop level or behind your teammate when they're under pressure.
- If your passing lane is blocked can you drop level with the ball to support the ball carrier?
- (Bouncers) After you play the ball inside can you drop slightly to provide an angle for a return pass?
- When you receive the ball side onor facing forward, can your first touch be in tospace
- When you have a clear passing laneto the 9, can you pass them the ball
- When you are being marked tightlyby an opposition player, can you play the way you face or protect the ball.
- When you are being marked, can youmake a run to drag the defender away from the ball create a pocket of space for you or a teammate to run into?

Rules
The playing setup: 50m by 30m pitch with 10m scoring zone ateach end.
2 small goals each end line.
To begin with, 3/4 play into midfield, who try to progress the ball into 9 to score.
When 9 receives the ball a midfielder can step in to create a 2v2.
Scoring
Each small goal is worth one point.
Progression
- 3/4 can dribble into middle zone to create an overload. They must return to defend when their team loses possession of the ball.
- 9 can drop into midfield zone to create an overload or a passing lane which bypasses midfield.

Are players dropping level to support a teammate under pressure?
When they are closely marked does a player move away from the ball to drag their marker out?

Rules
Oneteam passes North to South other team East to West, both teams have 6/8/10in middle and bouncer 3/9 at either end.
Ball starts with each team's 3, who passes to the 4, who passes into the grid.
Both teams have a ball. Each midfielder must touch the ball before it is played into the 9, the same happens from the 9 to return the ball to the 3.
Rotate players every 2minutes.
Progressions
- Start with two touch football. If players can complete the task switch to one touch only.
- Remove the 4 and add them as a passive defender/disrupter for each team.
- Add second ball for one or both teams.
Behaviours to encourage:
- When other players cut off a passing lane move back or forward to create a new passing lane.
- Rotate the player receiving from the bouncer.
- Play passes on angles
