ORGANIZATION
1) Juggling in pairs between cones - keep ball off ground
Start with two touch - 1 control off ground and then play on 2nd touch
Progress to 1 touch juggling between cones - using insides/laces/thighs
2) Player 1 serves ball in, receiving player moves to cone to return 1 touch. On next serve moves and receives at cone 2
COACHING POINTS
1) Good control (balance/technique)
2) Clean contact on ball
3) Head steady
4) Good focus for accuracy

ORGANIZATION
4 players - 1 ball
Player 1 (end) passes to player 2 (middle) and exchanges positions
Player 2 plays diagonally to player 3 (and exchanges positions with player 1 )
Player 3 plays to player 4 (end) and exchanges positions with player 4

ORGANIZATION:
Core Footwork moves - 1 ball/player in 10 x 10 yd grids
- All surfaces
-Start with 50 touches right foot - high pace 30 secs, low pace 60 secs
-Progress to 50 touches left foot - high pace 30 secs, low pace 60 secs
-Progress to 100 touches (both feet)
-Progress to different core moves ie sole/opposite inside and sole/sole/drag-back
-Add competition- how many can they perform in 20 secs?
-Progress to dribble to central cone and accelerate to one of corner cones - then spin out of corner using sole
-Progress to 2 players/grid, coach calls corner 1 and both players drive towards corner 1 after dribbling to central cone first
COACHING POINTS
1) Correct body shape - ball to side, 1 step away
2) Quick foot speed
3) High intensity
