Organisation:
- x2 tight areas (15x20- x2 10 m boxes) situated next to each other.
Rules/Explanation:
- Attackers must break through initial channel and then finish in high zone to secure a point. If the defenders win BP it becomes a 2v2- aim to break through wide channel to secure point.
- Defenders work for 90 seconds.
CP:
- Ball carrier commit defender and drive with purpose
- Get defender off balance before beating him 1v1 via tight ball control, cod/faints/using teammate as decoy
- Sharp support/angles off ball to beat isolated defender
- angled forward pass if defender commits and teammate gives an angle.

Dynamic and continuous 2v1 to 2v2 attacking BP game.
- 1 attacker must run around pole before acting as a recovery defender.
Step up- continuous 2v2 game- team defending x3 mini goals can use keeper to create 3v2
CP:
- Momentum to fix defender up
- Speed of attack (be direct)
- Handling recovery defender (sharp Safe side turn/COD)
- Faints/individual creativity to create opening for finish/to beat defender 1v1

Rules/Explanation-
- Free ssg. - goal in x3 mini goals- 3pts, single goal= 1pt
Progression (5 mins)- must be 1st time finish.
CP:
- Creating 2v1s in wide areas
- Can you make penetrative run in behind? if wingback engages closest defender but cannot beat him.
- commit defender by driving at pace
- protect ball with 1st touch before set and sharp movement.
