Handling Warm up
Organisation
- Player to start in goal, travel forward receive a volley to hands.
- Travel to red cone 1 - low dive
- Travel to red cone 2 - Low dive
P - 1 becomes a pass then shot
P - 2 becomes a mid height ball
P - middle server to call out L/R with a mid or low service.

Part 1
Organisation
- GK starts off in central area 1 rolls the ball out in front to make it active then take a low shot
- 1 passes to 2 - who reacts and passes/rolls the ball for a low dive
- As soon as ball is played by 2, 3 dribbles around the red cone before taking an angles shot on goal
P - 2 takes a touch and takes an angled shot on goal
P - can be played to 2 or 3 in any order
Note - always rebounds and can introduce a cross from 3 need want to provide realism
KCP
- Side step/ Cross over
- Follow ball - keep in line with the ball
- Decision to catch parry or deflect
- Block and lock on dive

Organisation
- 1 Player protecting the ball other trying to win the ball and play to x
- Once out to x can either dribble and shoot, or cross the ball in
- Defending player to go out x under pressure.
