Set Up:
Team split into groups of 5 2 in each square with a neutral in the middle.
Organization:
Play starts with one play passing to the neutral he competes a 3rd man combination by playing to the other player in the square he immediently turns to follow long ball and does the same with the other side. Once neutral as done both sides he switches out.
Coaching Points:
Quality of pass
Weight and direction of first touch
Decision making with surface area to control the ball.
Timing of run (pressure)

Set Up:
6v6 to 3 goals each. 1 Neutral that must stay in that zone.
Organization:
Ball starts with Blue neutral. Blue is playing for yellow first. Yellow are attempting to score on the 3 goals on the right hand side of the screen. Players can move anywhere on field. The Zones are to keep score. Yellow get more points from the further out they score. White score by winning the ball and getting in one of the goals on the left side. They get 3 points if they are able to connect wtih the 9 (neutral) prior to scoring. At half time swap the teams around so they experience both sides.
Coaching Points:
Decision making: Press or drop
Reasons to press: Ball moving and can make up the distance, decision of 1st defender, head down, backwards or square pass.
Reasons to drop: Attacker picks head up, no pressure on the ball, no one close enough to press
Communication: Drop or Step!

Set Up:
8v5 phase of play (coach in blue to offer the switch of play as the #5)
Organization:
As in diagram. Yellow score in 2 goals and white score in the 1.
Coaching Points:
