Technical Skill Box (Defense):
- D passes to A and then they play a 1v1
- A scores by dribbling thru the opposite red gate or getting to the other side
- D is trying to keep the play to one side.
- Additional Phase of Play (If D wins it, D can pass to the next D in either line, and the play a 2v1 against A). The D's are then trying to score over the opposite line. If A wins it back, she plays a 1v2.

1v1 To 5v5 Build
- Play a 1v1 (A vs. D) in the 25
- If D wins the ball, they outlet to the D line. The D line then passes to A and they play a 2v2. If A scores, then the next A in line, plays the next ball in. Do this until it becomes a 5v5.
- Switch Attack and defense after a certain number of rounds.
