Screen 1 (30 mins)

Technical: Passing

  • Player 1 does a series of moves through the first two cones (shuffle-V-turn etc.) and passes to Player 2
  • Player 2 plays the ball right back for a 1-2 and splits off to the second post
  • Player 1 shoots or plays second post
Rotation: Player 1 - Player 2 - Goal - line

Progression: 

  • Player 1 does a series of moves through the cones, passes to Player 2 and makes an overlapping run
  • Player 2 lays off the ball when player 1 is behind and then makes a run second post
  • Player 1 shoots or plays second post
