Football/Soccer Session (Difficult): Virtus moving Rondo 4v4v4

VIRTUS MOVING RONDO 4V4V4

three groups, four players each with different colored pinnies. Play area is two 20x20 areas with a 10x10 central area. 

Coach will communicate the pass-move-pass philosophy. Defenders are expected to have high intensity and aggressive defending. Coach will play a ball in to an end. Two central players will go in to area. The other two players are expected to communicate to the players in the area and cut off passes from one end to the other. 

Teams get a point for completing four passes and getting ball through the middle to the other play area. When the ball is passed down the two central players go in and the two that were defending into the central area. 

If the defenders win the ball, the two central players come in to area and two opposing players go to central areas. Possession is won when the defender gain and maintain the ball. Kicking the ball out of play area is winning possession. 

If central team has not won possession within 3 minutes, the central players change at coaches discrestion.
