If opposing forwards are wide
Play center back
If opposing forward press our outside backs try to create a passing lane by dropping deeper
Our right forward needs to check into the space on the channel
The center back can then play pass to the open player (Preferably the right outside forward if the forward is marked tightly the channel will be open for a through ball into space )
If the ball goes to the right-back the right-back looks for a give n go with he forwards
Alternatively center back can play our 6 if the opposition has flooded the flanks then we simply switch the play via the opposite full-back

If we go long we then get into a defensive shape narrow and compact to allow us to win the second ball off a header. We then look to connect a pass in the second phase. Two of our forward need to be very close one another with the third forward making a run in behind
If the opponent is very narrow and it is safe we can play our full back in this scenario to help get more distance on the long ball

The aim of playing out is to break a line and send one of our defenders into the midfield to create an overload so we can pass the ball
If the opposing front 3 is set high and narrow skip the line to full back or wingers.
If the #6 has space and it is safe don't be afraid to play the 6 as this breaks the line
