Attacking team plays 4v2 in Diamond Grid. After 3 passes, attacking team looks to play the ball to one of the outside players. Game then becomes 3v1 between 2 outside players and outside mid player in the diamond. After 3 passes there, attacking team looks to play the ball back into the Diamond. If Defensive team wins the ball, they play 4v4 in the grid as the attacking team tries to win the ball back.
CPs: communication, weight of pass, accuracy of the pass. Organization of the 4 players in the diamond grid. Attacking team needs to keep possession inside and then play the ball outside.

Activity begins with a 4v4 in the middle area. Team in possession is looking to score by finding one of their "target" players in the window, who then switches with the player who made the pass. The attacking team must receive the ball from the target, as the target player cannot simply play to another target. Once teams have an understanding, limit the target players to two touch.
If numbers allow, add NPs playing as 6, 8, or 10.

Build up of second activity. Window Target players are lined up on both the touch lines and end lines. The teams are now looking to get in behind the defense to go directly to goal. Teams are still looking to play to the target player in the window, but upon receiving, that player enters the field of play. The team now looks to combine to get into the attacking third (cannot simply dribble, must be played in) to the goal.
CPs: communication, quality of passing, combination play, movement off the ball, body position, receiving and passing with the appropriate foot, decision making, vision and awareness.
