Ball always starts at same end.
Red must try Move of the Day before crossing white penalty spot.
After move, eye contact to find target, pass with inside of foot to target, then defend 1v1.
Change ends after 4 minutes.

Ball always starts at same end.
Red must try Move of the Day before crossing white penalty spot.
After move, eye contact to find target, pass with inside of foot to target, then defend 1v1.
Yellow must dribble until defender "commits" then decide to pass to teammate or dribble.
Teaching Cues: defender possition: defending player on ball = pass, defending player without ball = dribble
Coaching point: Yellow stay spread out (don't allow 1 defender to defend both players)
Coaching point: Yellow must move to be open for ball (do not hide behind defender/run into blocked space)
Change ends after 4 minutes.
