Shooting technique -
Set up as above with 2 lines of players shooting and a couple of players retrieving balls (with large numbers set up 2 drills).
1. Server plays the ball to 1st player in A line, who opens up takes a touch and shoots on goal.
2. After shooting they check back toward the server, receive a pass, and play ball across the top of the box for the 1st player in B line to take a touch then shoot (player from line A joins the back of their line).
B then checks back, receives the pass and plays the ball for the next player in line A to receive and shoot (player B joins the back of their line) and the drill continues in the same pattern.
Have 5 shots then switch sides. Keep rotating the ball retrievers.
Progression - 1 touch shooting
Coaching Points - same as above, shoot for far corners (body position pointing where want ball to go strike straight).

Shooting technique 2 -
set up as above.
Player A passes the ball to player C, who takes a touch and shoots (player A follows their pass to close down/block the shot). Player A joins the back of the C line and player C joins the back of the A line. Then player B passes the ball to player D, who takes a touch and shoots (player B follows their pass to close down/block the shot). Player B joins the back of the D line and player D joins the back of the B line. After a few shots switch the A/C and B/D lines so they are shooting from a different angle.
Progression - 1 touch shooting
Coaching Points - as above, quick control touch out of feet and shot to not allow the defender to get out and block the shot.

Small sided game -
Set up as above (adjust numbers as needed) with a short pitch (max 40-50 yd total length) with a half way line. Players can only shoot on goal from their own half of the field (exception, the 2 players in the attacking half can follow in shots for rebounds). The ball can be played into the players in the attacking half but it must be played back to shoot (also if the players in the attacking area win the ball they must play it back to teammates in the defensive half to shoot).
Progression - a ball passed into a player in the attacking half that is layed back for a 1-2 touch shot counts double. If the players in the attacking half win the ball, they can shoot on goal.
Coaching Points - as above, movements to get open to shoot, best ball to receive to shoot, best positions on field to shoot from, movements of players in attacking half to get open to receive ball and ways to combine with players in defensive half.

Warm up (10 mins)
Pass, follow pass - set up as shown, max 4-5 players per line. Start at 10yd interval. Pass, follow pass. Minimum two touch, 1 to control, one to pass. As legs get warmed up extend the interval, 20 then 30yds. From 20 yd distance and up the ball should be driven (toe down, solid ankle, strike through the ball). When following the pass don't just have the players running, do high knees, butt kicks, dynamic stretching etc.
Progression - when receive ball flick it up and hit it on the bounce/half volley, lofted ball from on the ground.
Coaching Points - control ball out of feet at angle, strike through mid/lower part of ball, body weight over ball to keep it down and lean back to loft it, use correct part of foot with toes pointing down and ankle solid. under control, land on other foot, eye on ball.
