Dribbling - 10 minutes
Get the players moving with the ball to initiate their brains and bodies.
Remind them to dribble using their laces. "Laces on the ball." They can do this by pointing their toe down to maximize more surface area on the ball with the laces.
Encourage creativity.
Throw in some skills that you may have worked on from the past.
1. Pull-back 2. Cut 3. Body feint 4. Scissor 5. Stepover 6. L-turn 7. Cruyff
Have them dribble for 30 seconds and imitate ball mastery/skill moves to work on comfortability and muscle memory. Repeat this for 10 minutes.
Here is a video with these moves:

Shooting Exercise - 10 minutes
Continue to build on the previous week with passing technique. Toe flexed up, ankle locked, body facing target, body over the ball.
The ball starts with the player on the goal line and it gets passed to the shooter who will take a shot on the GK. Depending on numbers, you may want to add a second line on the opposite side of the goal and have the players start when it gets to the shooter to reduce the amount of kids per line and to keep them engaged.
Depending on age/ability, adjust cones where needed to allow them to be able to get the shot on the goal.

Juggling
Warmup - Juggling - 5 minutes
As the kids show up to the field. Have them begin juggling.
I like to have them start with the ball in their hands. Try to have them work "up the ladder." They have to use their laces to kick the ball back up and catch it. Then do two in a row and catch. Three. Four.
This teaches them how to control their power and how to use their laces properly. A great way to engage the kids before you begin working on shooting technique.
You will hear "I can't juggle" or "I'm not good at this," continue to encourage them and keep them engaged. After one or two successful bouts, they will be hooked.
