Passing Practice (10 mins)
Set Up- Rectangle Area with three mannequins set up in the middle in a line.
- Two players in middle back to mannequins. Remaining players lining up on corner of rectangle.
Description- Simple passing pattern;
- Player 1 passes into Player 2;
- Player 2 sets for player 3;
- Player 3 makes a penetrative pass to BREAK A LINE through mannequins into player 4;
- Player 4 passes into player 5;
- Player 5 passes into player 6;
- Player 6 makes a penetrative pass to BREAK A LINE through mannequins into player 7;
- Cycle continues with each player following their pass.
