Method: DYNAMIC STRETCHING + PASSING WARM UP
Players passing the ball in the middle and move after the pass to their right side to perform different types of dynamic movements/stretches.

Method: Headers- Fun Game
Two teams competing vs each other in heading the ball into the goal after performing quick feet agility work plus sprint around the cone.
First players from two teams sprinting around the cones to header the ball(green player) and to try to save the header (blue player).
Players cant take a header from inside 6y box, after heading the ball they become a GK and are trying to save other team's header.
Play continue where two teams are taking headers after each other, players next in the line are acting as a servers for the players that heading the ball.
First team to score 5 goals is a winner.
Losing team needs to sprint to the half way line and back in 17sec.

Method: 1v1/ 2v2
Players play 1v1 on 4 small goals inside the area, they can use the players on the outside for a bounce pass to beat the opponent.
Play continue for 30s. and after that two new players enter the grid.
Progress to 2v2.
Keep the score to make game more competitive.
Wall players restricted to one touch.
Spare footballs on the outside to keep flow in the game.

6v6 on the inside + 6 wall players
No corners, no throw ins, no offsides!
Team that scores keeps the ball, restart the game from their goal.
3 min or 3 goal game, winner stays on.
Wall players can only play two touch.
No "wall to wall" passes!
