Exercise Description:
3 GK's serve to 1 working GK moving to catch balls from different angles.
Coaching Points:
- get feet set at moment of shot
-weight forward
-hands in front
- quick and compact footwork keeping shoulders square to shooter
- distribute following the third shot
Progression:
compete for points. One point for each ball caught cleanly and 2 point if you throw the ball into the target goal.

Rules:
No more than 1 GK in each zone defensively
GK's become field players as soon as they win the ball with their hands. Rebounds are live until defending team gains possession through their hands or by connecting a pass.
2 points if you score in the corner, one point if you score down the middle
